The content of the package is not visible without opening it. It is impossible to know what is in the package. No text will reveal the content.

Shipping

Do not fill in a box address unless you are certain that you can receive the goods.

Courier shipments will be sent by the courier of our preference and may vary depending on availability and destination.

We can ship to APO/FPO addresses. This type of delivery is considered complete when tracking shows customs cleared. There will be no reshipping nor refund in case of non-delivery to final destination. Customers should consider using the base address instead; courier service is available to most areas including all Middle Eastern countries. APO/FPO can also cause serious delay in delivery times.

Exchanges and refunds

All exchanges and refunds require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please email us at info@selfcarebv.nl to obtain a RMA number

Shipping fees are not refundable; in case of free shipping the actual shipping cost applies.

Not received worldwide orders are reshipped within 10 days. Orders not received within 20 days are refunded.

If order is returned due to the customer having stated a faulty address there will be no refund and reshipping will only be made if customer pays shipping fee again.
